TradeDeskPro (“TradeDeskPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TradeDeskPro platform and website at tradedeskpro.net and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service, create an account, or communicate with us.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and business information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, trade type, billing details, subscription tier, and other information you provide when signing up, onboarding, or contacting support.
- Customer and lead data you process through the platform: Contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, job details, notes, pipeline status, appointment information, and other data you or your team enter or generate while using TradeDeskPro on behalf of your business.
- Communications data: Call recordings, call transcripts, voicemails, SMS and MMS message content, email content routed through the platform, and metadata such as timestamps, delivery status, and phone numbers involved in a communication.
- AI and automation data: Prompts, summaries, AI-generated responses, meeting notes, receipt images, and other content submitted to or produced by AI features within the Service.
- Payment information: Subscription and transaction details processed through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature usage, log files, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process subscriptions, setup fees, and other payments
- Enable communications features, including AI receptionist calls, SMS, email, and review automation
- Generate transcripts, summaries, reports, and other outputs requested through the platform
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Send service-related notices, including account, billing, and security communications
- Monitor compliance with our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. SMS and Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from TradeDeskPro or use TradeDeskPro to send text messages to your customers, the following applies:
- No sharing of opt-in data for marketing: Text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your account activity, automation settings, and customer interactions. You may receive recurring messages related to leads, appointments, job updates, review requests, and other business communications enabled in your account. Message volume depends on how you configure and use the Service.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from TradeDeskPro as described in our Terms of Service.
If you use TradeDeskPro to message your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from those customers before sending marketing or automated messages on their behalf.
5. How We Store and Protect Data
We store data using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. Primary application data is stored in Supabase (hosted PostgreSQL and related infrastructure). We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings, transcripts, SMS content, and customer records are retained according to your subscription settings and our operational requirements, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you request deletion subject to applicable limitations. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, audit, or security purposes.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to perform their functions. Our key providers include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and application infrastructure
- Twilio — voice calling, SMS/MMS messaging, and related telecommunications services
- Retell AI — AI voice receptionist and call handling
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Resend — transactional and service-related email delivery
- Vercel — website and application hosting
These providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only to provide services to TradeDeskPro. We do not sell your personal information.
8. Sharing of Information
We may share information:
- With service providers listed above who help us operate the Service
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of TradeDeskPro, our users, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law
- With your consent or at your direction
We do not share text messaging opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you. You may update account information within the platform or contact us using the information below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
